We are not taking Meeting room or Study room reservations at this time. Due to concerns around the spread of COVID-19 the library will be closed to the public beginning Monday, March 16th until further notice.
The Pollard Memorial Library has a meeting room available for use by non-profit organizations, government agencies and unincorporated groups on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance. Outside groups may make up to two reservations in a six month period. To check the availability of the room please use the ROOM BOOKINGS system below: (Meeting Room Policy and Application). For questions regarding the usage policy please contact Sean Thibodeau, Coordinator of Community Planning at 978-674-1542 or sthibodeau@LowellLibrary.org.
Quiet Study Rooms
The Pollard Memorial Library has two quiet study rooms on the First Floor available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to increased demand as of January 1, 2016—we are implementing a two hour per day limit on study room reservations. Please contact the First Floor Checkout Desk for availability at (978) 674-4120 (press #3).
All room reservations will be held for 15 minutes after registered start time. The Pollard Memorial Library reserves the right to cancel the entire length of the room reservation after 15 minutes and for any no-shows and rebook the time for other patrons’ use. To avoid this happening, please call 978-674-4120 if you will be late.
