The Pollard Memorial Library’s Reference Department strives to meet the information needs of the citizens of Lowell. Our main Information Desk is located on the Second Floor of the library in the beautiful Memorial Hall. What’s most important to remember is we’re here to answer your questions in person, via email adultref@lowelllibrary.org or over the phone 978-674-4121.

If you have a particular research, general reference, or local history/genealogy question, our staff will be happy to help you with your research needs. Please let us know if you have a comment about the Library or suggestion for a new title or series for us to add to the collection.
For any research question, please provide as much information as possible so that we can answer you as completely as possible.
