Bookmobile Update - January 22, 2025

After a short holiday season lull your Bookmobile Team was back at it the last two weeks with stops at Lowell Housing Authority residences at Francis Gatehouse, City View Towers, North Common Village, and Highland Parkway. Coming up for LHA are visits to South Common Village, Belvidere Heights, and Concord River Mill.

We also got back to see our friends at the Senior Center, Love All Serve All, LatinX, Fairhaven Healthcare, SAAB Residence at D’Youville, and the International Institute of New England. And we had a great time partnering with our wonderful Coordinator of Youth Services Molly Hancock at the Lowell Public Schools Resource Fair at the S. Christa McAuliffe Elementary School.

Coming up we will be back to IINE, River Place Towers, Fairhaven, and our first visit of the semester to Umass Lowell’s Lydon and O’Leary Libraries.

We are also in the process of planning events with several community partners for Kid’s Week during February vacation. Keep an eye on this space for details!
