Meeting Room

The Pollard Memorial Library has a meeting room available for use by non-profit organizations, government agencies and unincorporated groups on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance. Outside groups may make up to two reservations in a six month period. Quiet Study Rooms

The Pollard Memorial Library has two quiet study rooms on the First Floor available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to increased demand as of January 1, 2016β€”we are implementing a two hour per day limit on study room reservations. Please contact the First Floor Checkout Desk for availability at (978) 674-4120 (press #3).
