Winterfest Updates: Meeting of the Minds Trivia is ON!! & Don't miss the Youth Media Festival

With the postponement of Lowell’s Winterfest from this past weekend to February 22nd-23rd, the Friends of the Library feared they might not be able to host their Meeting of the Mind’s Trivia Contest but they found a way to work it out! They did however, need condense the event into just Friday night. Don’t miss the new and improved Meeting of the Minds Trivia Contest – Friday, February 22nd – from 5PM-9PM.  Full details available on the Friend’s webpage. Send them an email if you’re thinking about registering — there may be some spots available for last minute teams.

You won’t want to miss the 2013 Youth Media Festival screenings at the Library Saturday, February 23rd from 11am-12:30pm. Watch the original films by local youth film makers and vote for your favorite. Free and open to the public.
