Many thanks to Walter and Karen Hickey and Diane Laferrierre for the many hours (years!) transcribing record holdings at the Pollard Memorial Library.   The first set of records is “work permits” from the 1920’s/1930’s.   There is a tremendous amount of information for genealogists including some birth dates, place of birth, address and employment.   Click here to get access to the transcriptions.
