Lowell Votes Releases Candidate Guide & Hosts Two Events Before Elections Next Tuesday

City Election Day is just one week from today–Tuesday, November 4th.  Lowell Votes has released their 2015 Candidate Guide. Questions were developed by the Lowell Votes Education Committee after collecting nearly 100 survey responses that asked residents of Lowell to rank their most important issues and suggest questions to ask City Councilors. School Committee Candidating!
Wednesday, October 28th 6 PM – 8 PM
Senior Center, 276 Broadway St.
CBA will be holding another Candidating event at the Senior Center this Wednesday, 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Participants ask candidates questions in small groups and get to know the people who will have a real impact on your daily life if they win on November 3.

Rally for Civic Engagement
Friday, October, 30th 7 PM – 10 PM
Mill No. 5, 250 Jackson St., 4th Floor
co-sponsored by Mill No. 5, is 7:00 – 10:00 pm, October 30, 2015. This event will have an old-school rally theme with mulled cider, candidate speeches, tables to learn about advocacy causes, music, and more. Check out the Facebook event to see who’ll be there!
