Lowell NHPS Party continues Saturday Starting with Lowell Walks

You may have heard the National Park Service is celebrating their Centennial. We’ve got lots of reasons (and opportunities) to celebrate right here in Lowell.

This Saturday join Lowell National Historic Park Superintendent Celeste Bernardo and Dick Howe on the final Lowell Walks tour of the summer, about the history of the park in Lowell. The tour starts at 10am at the Visitor Center at 246 Market Street.

Then from 11am-3pm you should head to Boarding House Park (400 French St) for entertainment by DJ Shyhai, food trucks, community art-making, resource fair, world premiere dance performances, story-time, and cake!

Also the Boott Cotton Mills Museum (115 John St) is FREE thru Sunday August 28th.
