Updated Face Covering Mandate – Effective Monday, August 16th

Masks must be worn at all times in all City of Lowell buildings, including the Library, regardless of vaccination status. Failure to comply with this policy will result in being asked to leave the Library.

Library Hours / Closures

The Pollard Library and non-essential #Lowell city offices will close at 1:30PM Thursday, February 13th due to the inclement weather. The Library will reopen at 9am Friday, February 14th. Be safe out there Lowell.
