Kids Week in Lowell

The Library and City offices will be opening for the general public in a limited capacity on Monday, March 1st. Please visit our reopening page for information about what’s available and our service hours.
Curbside hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 10 am – 5 pm, Tuesday 11 am – 7 pm, &Â Saturday, 10 am – 1 pm, by appointment only.
Starting Monday, March 1, Curbside Hours will be as follows:
Monday – Thursday 10 am – 8 pm
Friday & Saturday 10 am – 4 pmÂ

Please return your items to our outside book drop. Returned items will be temporarily quarantined before being checked into the system, so patrons may experience a delay in seeing them removed from their account.
