City of Lowell Asks You to Say Something if You See Something

If you notice something that doesn’t look right the City of Lowell would like you to speak up. They’ve provided this info-graphic with the appropriate contacts for any sort of problems, from graffiti to mailboxes, tree lights to dumpsters. Issues can be also reported via the E-Gov, SeeClickFix and MYPD app reporting systems.  So, Lowell, please say something if you see something!
